8 November 2017 in Yamal capital the I Congress of tourist industry representatives began its work. The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug government with support of youth policy and tourism regional department along with the GBU YANAO Yamaltur organizes the congress.

The I Congress of tourist industry representatives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is a platform for active communication, where delegates by tourism corporations meet, exchange knowledge and experiences, hold business negotiations with future partners and authorities.

About 200 participants take part in the congress, including representatives of the private business owners of hotels, managers of travel agencies, souvenir shops, transport companies, speakers and guests from all municipalities of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Yaroslavl and Sverdlovsk regions, Republic of Tatarstan, Croatia, Sochi and Moscow cities.
