The program of providing on-line booking on Web sites of hotels of Russia, CIS Countries and the Baltic States

This program enables the hotel to install on-line booking system on the hotel’s Web site using Booking Engine technology.

Booking Engine provides customers with relevant information on rates, prices, rooms available, terms of booking, and penalties. Besides, this technology ensures instant booking confirmation for rooms on free sale. The necessary information is obtained from GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and ADS/IDS (Alternative Reservation Systems) hotel data base.

For reservations made through the hotel’s Web site the hotel may fix any prices and rates for any room types. All reservations are guaranteed by Best Eastern Hotels.

The hotel may use the rooms offered for sale through GDS and ADS/IDS or fix individual quota for bookings through its Web site.

To install Booking Engine the hotel must place a reference link to the reservation page, which is used for sale of rooms through GDS and ADS/IDS, for example, a button “On-line booking”. The design of on-line booking Web page completely matches the hotel’s Web site branding.

The period of preparation Booking Engine for installation is 1 month from the payment date.

The hotel pays a small fixed price for every booking regardless of room type, rate, season, stay period and cost of booking.
