26.01.2015 Best Eurasian Hotels invites hotels to participate in the “Intourmarket” exhibition 14-17 March, 2015

In 2015 the “Intourmarket” exhibition is held 14-17 March in the “Crocus Expo” Exhibition Centre, Moscow.

Hotels-members of the Best Eurasian Hotels Marketing Program have a possibility to take part in the exhibition “Intourmarket-2014” on the joined booth of Best Eurasian Hotels and Academservice. There is a possibility of both distant and direct participation at the exhibitions. The free of charge distant participation enables the hotel to distribute its own advertising materials. The hotels may send their leaflets (up to 50 copies) before March 1, 2015 to address: 115563, Moscow, Shipilovskaya Street, 28a, Academservice Ltd., PR department.

The direct participation gives the hotel an opportunity to participate in the exhibitions on specialized BEST EURASIAN HOTELS booth and to take part in negotiations with the leading tour operators and corporate travel agencies organized by BEST EURASIAN HOTELS and Academservice.. The cost of direct participation is 77900 rub. (not subject to VAT). The rate includes all organizational expenses during the hotel’s presence at the joined booth of BEST EURASIAN HOTELS and Academservice: the work place (information counter, bar chair, frieze inscription), the exhibition pass, use of the negotiation tables and the bar.
