04.02.2016 BEST EURASIAN HOTELS and ACADEMSERVICE invite hotels to take part in the Intourmarket exhibition

In 2016 the Intourmarket exhibition is held on March 19-22 at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Centre, Moscow. Hotels-members of the BEST EURASIAN HOTELS marketing chain have an opportunity to take part in this exhibition on the joined booth of ACADEMSERVICE and BEST EURASIAN HOTELS.

There is a possibility of both distant and full-time participation in the exhibition.

The free of charge distant participation enables the hotel to use services of the BEST EURASIAN HOTELS marketing managers to distribute its own advertising materials (up to 50 copies) along with Best Eastern Hotels ones.

The chargeable full-time participation gives the hotel an opportunity to participate in travel exhibitions on specialized Best Eastern Hotels booth along with marketing managers of the company and to take part in negotiations priory organized by ACADEMSERVICE and Best Eastern Hotels with the leading tour operators and corporate travel agencies of the proper region. The cost of full-time participation is 77 900 rub. (not subject to VAT). The rate includes all organizational expenses during the hotel`s presence at the joined booth of ACADEMSERVICE and BEST EURASIAN HOTELS: the work place (information counter, bar chair, frieze inscription), the exhibition pass, use of the negotiation tables and the bar.
