01.12.2017 ACADEMSERVICE is an organization partner of the XXX anniversary session of the labor, migration and social protection of population of CIS states-participants Advisory Council

17 November 2017 the XXX jubilee session of the labor, migration and social protection of population of states-participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States Advisory Council was held in St. Petersburg.

The main goals of the Advisory Council were the formation of a coherent policy and measures for its implementation in the field of labor relations and social partnership, labor protection, cooperation in solving employment issues, migration, social protection and health protection of citizens, exposed to radiation.

Minister of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation Maxim Topilin chaired the meeting.

The event was held at a high level – the session was attended by the Ministers of Employment and Social Policy of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Turkmenistan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and also representatives of the International Labor Organization, the General Confederation of Trade Unions, the Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS States – participants, Interstate Statistical Committee, the CIS Executive Committee.

Participants discussed the results of CIS states-participants cooperation in the socio-labor sphere and tasks for the future, reviewed the implementation of the CIS economic development strategy for the period till 2020 and Concepts and Priority actions of the gradual formation of a common labor market and regulation of labor migration of CIS states – participants in the years 2017-2020.

Taking into consideration that 2017 is the Family Year in the Commonwealth of Independent States, the meeting considered the issue of implementation of family and demographic policies measures conducting in the CIS, social protection of family, women and children.
