The name Blueberry Coast is associated with the status of the hotel's location. The Sestra River received its name from the Finnish peoples who inhabited this land many centuries ago, from the Finns. "Siestar-joki" translates as “Currant River”. Along its bank grew blueberry bushes, then called wild currants.
