The hotel is located only 9 kilometers from Moscow Outer Ring Road (MKAD) along Leningradskoye highway in close proximity to Sheremetyevo airport. The Planernoe hotel stays on the hillside surrounded by picturesque forest on the banks of a beautiful natural lake and quiet Skhodnya river.
Building of the Planernoe hotel was designed by the famous Soviet architect Ilya Chernyavsky in 1970-s. The architect built it as a system of complex composition links based on a constant change of space forms. Five of eight floors of the building have been refurbished in 2005 - 2006. At present the hotel offers 177 comfortable rooms of various categories (Standard, De Luxe, Junior Suite and Suite) equipped with all modern amenities (bathroom with shower or bath, colour TV, phone, balcony, lake or forest view).
